Nexora Voice Assistant

Official User Guide

Welcome to Nexora, your intelligent voice assistant for live data and real-time information, proudly developed by Vylex. Nexora acts as a smart bridge between you and reliable web APIs — fetching current weather, crypto prices, news, dictionary definitions, images, and more through a single, seamless chat interface. Whether you prefer typing or speaking, Nexora is built for speed, accuracy, and accessibility.

AI Limitations & Accuracy

Nexora is designed to be a helpful companion, but like all AI-assisted systems, it may occasionally make mistakes.

Getting Started

Nexora is a web-based application accessible directly through your browser. When you open Nexora, you'll see the main chat interface with a welcome message ready to assist you. Simply type a command or tap the microphone to speak — Nexora will recognise your intent and respond with live data from trusted sources.

Interface Overview

Nexora's interface is designed to be clean and intuitive. Here are the main components:

Interacting with Nexora

Typing Messages

  1. Click on the text input field at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Type your question or command (e.g., "Weather in Durban").
  3. Press Enter or click the Send button.

Using Voice Input

  1. Click the Microphone button. Allow browser permission if prompted.
  2. The button will turn red and pulse — Nexora is listening.
  3. Speak your command clearly. Your speech will be transcribed in real-time.
  4. Click the Microphone button again to stop, or let it auto-send when you pause.
